From a free outdoor obstacle park and pay-per-visit value gyms to air-conditioned chains, a HYROX studio and a 15-acre sports complex — across Hua Hin and down to Pranburi.
Outdoor fitness park
Thap Tai Fitness Park
Free open-air obstacle and functional-fitness park
Hua Hin's outdoor training park, and it's completely free. Built at Thap Tai public park by Henrik Fagersson (founder of Hua Hin's Spine Clinic and The Hub) with Damo Molloy, the official representative for Spartan Thailand. Professional-grade kit — a technical monkey-bar rig, ring-swing transitions and an incline twister — set around a running loop dotted with obstacles, plus a full-size basketball court. Open to all ages and abilities, with regular free community training sessions. No membership, no pressure.

More than a gym: eight standard-sized badminton courts, paddle and pickleball courts, a petanque court, and a well-equipped gym with classes for all levels. There's a ping pong room, a taekwondo area, and Zumba and yoga classes. The on-site Panini Restaurant & Cafe makes it an easy place to refuel afterwards.

A 1,000 square metre centre on Soi 88, easy to reach from the town centre. Clean, air-conditioned, and seriously equipped — over 70 machines from cardio to heavy weights, dumbbells to 50kg, multiple Smith machines and dedicated functional training areas. HYROX-focused coaching, with ice bath and sauna, in Hin Lek Fai
A newer, class-led gym built around coached strength and conditioning rather than solo machine time. Programming spans HYROX race prep, a dedicated 'Strong Women' track and core classes, with open-gym access and a proper recovery area — ice bath and sauna. The draw here is the coaching: small-group sessions and personal training with named coaches. A 999 THB welcome package (three classes) lets you try it before committing. It sits at the Hin Lek Fai training camp that's also home to Hua Hin's CrossFit scene.

Hua Hin Sports Villa
Pay-as-you-go weights and a pool on Phetkasem Road
A no-frills, long-running gym inside an apartment complex on Phetkasem Road, open to non-residents on a per-visit basis — no annual membership to sign. A genuine spread of kit from cardio machines to heavy free weights, plus a swimming pool you can use for the same low rate. One of the cheapest ways to train in central Hua Hin.
One of Hua Hin town's earliest dedicated fitness clubs, on Soi 51. A straightforward members' gym known locally for solid equipment and affordable plans rather than mall-gym polish — a practical everyday option a little away from the tourist strip.
Formerly True Arena — a 15-acre (40 rai) world-class complex. Eleven international-standard tennis courts including Southeast Asia's first sunken court, two FIFA-regulation football pitches, and a 4-storey clubhouse with a rooftop infinity pool. It has hosted WTA and ATP tournaments and trains professional athletes, but it's equally open to recreational players.
A dedicated, independent weights-and-cardio gym in Pranburi, around 30 minutes south of Hua Hin — a real training gym rather than a hotel fitness room, and a rare standalone option for residents further down the coast. Long daily hours suit both early-morning and after-work training. Its own line: 'Real Gym. Real People. Real Progress.'
