The HuaHin50 trail-running race is back on 17 January 2027, with 50 km, 25 km and 11 km routes through the Hua Hin hills and jungle, plus a 3 km family fun run the day before. Organised by Sports Republic Thailand; entry includes chip timing, insurance and a finisher shirt.

Bangkok Hospital has opened a walk-in satellite clinic inside Market Village, offering general medical care, health check-ups, ECGs, vaccinations, wound care and medical certificates, plus wellness services such as vitamin screening and IV drips — convenient health access in central Hua Hin.
